QVAC Health

by Tether Data

Aggregates wearables, labs, and daily logs into one private hub, then correlates across them with a model that runs on the phone. Works offline.

Health data is the sharpest case for local inference. It is the most sensitive category of personal information most people generate, it is generated continuously, and the tools that promise to interpret it have historically required uploading all of it.

QVAC Health connects supported wearables and health devices through Health Connect and pulls in every major data category — activity, sleep, body composition, vitals, nutrition. It becomes the single hub for data that otherwise sits fragmented across a ring app, a scale app, and a lab portal.

The AI layer does two things. It logs: you describe a meal, a workout, a symptom, a medication in natural language, or photograph something, and it structures the entry. And it correlates: blood pressure against sleep, nutrition against blood glucose, heart rate variability against exercise. Cross-category correlation is the reason to aggregate in the first place, and it is exactly the analysis that normally requires handing your health record to a service — the same argument for on-device fine-tuning generally.

None of it leaves the device.

Tether notes that the app provides general health and wellness information for educational purposes, is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment, and that licensed healthcare professionals should be consulted for medical advice.

What it uses

Text generation for logging and analysis, and multimodal inference for vision-based capture of meals and documents.
